Central Hotel close to Karl Johans Gate in Oslo

First Hotel Millennium is perfect if you want to stay in Oslo city center, near the city’s attractions and landmarks, and with access to all forms of public transportation. The hotel cooperates with a parking garage close by and guests get a discounted rate.

The hotel is located in between Oslo Central Station and Aker Brygge, with Karl Johans Gate and the Norwegian Parliament Building just around the corner. Enjoy delicious food and drinks among countless cafes and restaurants and experience a large selection of exclusive boutiques.

    Directions

    From Oslo Airport, take the Airport Train to Oslo Central Station or Nationaltheatret.

    Oslo Central Station is just a short walk (700 meters) from the hotel. Alternatively, you can take tram no. 12, 13 or 19 from the railway square (Jernbanetorget) and alight at Øvre Slottsgate, which is just around the corner from the hotel.

    From the National Theatre, it takes just 10 minutes to walk to the hotel.
    Alternatively, take bus no. 30 and 54 to Kvadraturen, or tram no. 13 or 19 and alight at Øvre Slottsgate.

    The nearest metro station is Stortinget, only a few minutes away from the hotel.

    Parking

    In cooperation with Aimo Park, we offer reasonably priced hotel parking at Bankplassen just 400 meters from the hotel.

    The parking is open from 07.00–23.00 Monday through Sunday at a cost of NOK 400,- per 24 hours. You can exit the car park 24/7.

    You enter the car's registration number on an Ipad at the hotel's reception after you have parked your car, and pay a discounted price when driving out from the parking garage.

    Payment is made when you exit the car park.

    The ironing room is free to use for all our staying guests.

    Christiania Qvartalet

    First Hotels is one of the few hotel chains that can offer meeting rooms, accommodation, parking and a restaurant in Oslo city center. We collaborate with Eurest and Christania Qvartalet Meeting Center which are located in Kvadraturen and only a short walk from First Hotel Millennium.

    Stay local - meet local!

    First Hotel Millennium offers meeting facilities that seats up to 25 people, available from 13:00 to 21:00 on weekdays.

    You getr a Smart TV and a convenient room at a very reasonable rate. Additionally, we offer lunch starting from NOK 249 and dinner starting from NOK 299 per person.

    The price for the meeting room ranges from 650 NOK per hour. A full afternoon from NOK 3250.

    While staying with us is not a requirement to rent our meeting room, we would greatly appreciate your patronage if you choose to do so!

    In addition, First Hotel Millennium also collaborates with several local partners who offer conference rooms for meetings, events, or large gatherings.

    This collaboration allows guests to enjoy an even more complete experience during their stay, with access to local attractions, restaurants, and other activities.
