Enter Tromsø Hotels & Apartments AS has purchased 100% of the shares in First Hotels International AS and its subsidiary First Hotel Sverige AB. First Hotels now consists of 53 hotels in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Greenland, and has significant ambitions for growth. The acquisition means that First Hotels transitions from being a publicly traded franchise to becoming a privately owned, fully integrated hotel company.

First Hotels is proud to announce that the company’s loyalty programme, First Member, has surpassed 500,000 members. This marks a significant milestone for the hotel chain, which has seen strong growth in membership in recent years. So far this year, the number of new members has increased by over 30% compared to the same period last year.

The hotel chain First Hotels is entering into a partnership with four hotels in Greenland. The four new partner hotels are Hotel SØMA Aasiaat, Hotel SØMA Ilulissat, Hotel SØMA Nuuk, and Hotel SØMA Sisimiut.

First Hotels receives two new partner hotels and, along with them, two completely new destinations. The new partner hotels are Utsikten Hotell Kvinesdal - First Partner Collection in beautiful Kvinesdal in southern Norway, and Hotell Kung Gösta - First Partner Collection in the Vasaloppet city of Mora in Dalarna, Sweden.

First Hotels is expanding with three new partner hotels in Skagen in northern Denmark. Skagen Hotel - First Partner Collection, Foldens Hotel - First Partner Collection, and Skagen Motel - First Partner Collection. Additionally, the chain is also gaining a new partner hotel in Uppsala, Hotell Kvarntorget - First Partner Collection.

Starting today, Hotell Rådhuset is joining First Hotels' partner collection. The family-owned hotel is located at Stora Torget in central Lidköping, in the Västergötland region of Sweden. It offers 66 comfortable rooms of different categories and welcomes its guests in a personal and warm atmosphere.

The hotel chain First Hotels is adding four new partner hotels to its portfolio. Two of the new partner hotels are located in Sweden, in central Stockholm and Örebro, and two are in Denmark, in Aalborg and Frederikshavn.

First Hotel opens brand new hotel in Visby, Gotland in Sweden. The hotel is under construction and will open the doors in June 2019.
