Join us on a safe and fun Sea Eagle Watching trip (called Safaris) by RIB boat in the magical Trollfjorden, where you can spot white-tailed eagles up-close. RIB sailing is an amazing experience in itself, not least in Lofoten. The tours start from the quayside in Svolvær. We sail through Raftsundet and into Trollfjorden, one of Norway’s most dramatic mountainscapes.

Raftsundet has a large population of white-tailed sea eagles, and a highlight of the trip is when the eagles circle a few metres above your head. This is the world’s largest eagle with a wingspan of up to 265 cm!

The Trollfjorden fjord itself is so dramatically narrow and steep that it simply is a must-try experience. During the trip, you will learn about the history of the places we pass. You will hear about the Battle of Trollfjorden, and about the small vacated fishing villages and important locations during the Viking Age.

Join us on the hunt for one of the most fantastic phenomena of nature – the Northern Lights. The tours are for a maximum of 7 participants, which guarantees you an exclusive adventure with an experienced photographer.

The main season for the Northern Lights starts in September and ends in April. All Northern Lights activities are weather dependent, so we will study the Aurora and weather forecasts before deciding where to go. If you bring kids, we recommend booking a private trip.

This three-hour tour is a scenic angling trip in open sea with the chance of catching cod, pollock, haddock, mackerel. Vestfjorden offers a healthy and rich ecosystem of marine life, and the Norwegian Sea in the Arctic is clean, fresh and well-managed.

Angling is a great activity for families, small groups or couples seeking the chance to sail out in Lofoten to fish for cod. All angling tackle is provided onboard. A vegetable soup with fresh bread will be served. If you catch a fish, it can be added to your soup. Please indicate any dietary restrictions.

Have you ever tried stockfish from Norway?
Borsen Spiseri is one of the most distinctive seafood restaurant in Lofoten. Here the signature dish is a stockfish speciality locally called Svinoya Rorbuer. The restaurant is housed in a venerable quayside warehouse dating back to 1828 where great dedication has been invested in maintaining the original features. The dishes served here are prepared using local and fresh produce from Lofoten.
