The venues are listed buildings, and with stucco on the ceiling, the chandeliers, and not least the wall paintings by Rättvik's own artist Jerk Werkmäster, they create a genuine feeling of historical and venerable setting.     Our largest room is a real gem that can accommodate up to 200 people. The heritage-listed room is located on the second floor and offers a unique atmosphere where the walls are adorned with fantastic paintings by the famous local artist Jerk Werkmaster. For smaller gatherings, the room can easily be divided, offering great flexibility for different types of events.

    Lustgåren is equipped with a projector, sound system, whiteboard and flipchart to meet your meeting needs. Adjoining the room is Silversalongen (the Silver Salon), perfect for use as a group room for workshops or smaller meetings.

Guided Tour in Falun

Spice up your conference at First Hotel Grand with a short guided tour in Falun, and learn about the city´s history. Get some fresh air and perhaps some new ideas while learning about Falun.

Did you know that Falun once was the second city in Sweden? We are far away from that nowadays´, but you can still see the traces from that period. Especially from the important Falun Mine, which have been a crucial part of Sweden´s history.

The guided tour takes about 40 minutes, are about 800 meters long and offer several shorter stops along the way.
