ATMs
There are ATMs at Stora Coop opposite the hotel.
Arrival
Welcome to Hotel E10 by First Hotels. The hotel rooms are available from 15:00.
Baby cots
Cots can be borrowed from the reception.
Bottle openers
Bottle openers are available in all rooms. If there is no bottle opener in your room, please contact the reception.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant.

- Saturday and Sunday 7:30-10:00
If you need breakfast earlier, please contact the reception.
Cancellation
We follow Visita’s guidelines for booking and cancellation, which means that accommodation must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Check-out
Check-out must take place no later than at 11:00. Luggage storage is available in the lobby and is free of charge. The hotel does not hold responsibility for stored luggage.
Church services
Our reception will be happy to provide information on church services in the area.
Complaints
If you wish to complain or report a fault, please contact reception.
Computers
A guest computer is available at the reception.
Conference rooms
We have three conference rooms available for rent. Please contact the reception for booking.
Convenience store
The kiosk in the reception sells postcards, drinks, snacks, sandwiches and toiletries.
Currency
For currency exchange, we refer to the banks in the centre of Nya Kiruna.
Drinking water
The tap water is drinkable.
Elevator
There is an elevator in the corridor on the ground floor and one at the entrance to the corridor on the second floor.
Electricity
220 volts is standard for the hotel outlets except for the bathroom outlets, which are designed for 110 volts (shavers only). Plug adapters can be borrowed from the reception.
Emergencies
In the event of acute illness, accidents, fire etc., please contact the reception immediately and call the emergency services at 112.
Emergency exits
There are several emergency exits on each floor, which are clearly marked with green signs. Do not use the elevators in the event of fire. See the evacuation plan on the inside of your room door.
Environment
We encourage our business partners to be environmentally conscious, and our guests and customers are therefore informed about eco-friendly alternatives when these are available. All employees must be aware of our environmental policy and participate actively in our environmental undertakings.
Extra bed linen, towels, etc.
Contact the reception if you need pillows, blankets, towels, bedlinen, soap, sewing accessories, shoe polish, baby cots or anything else.
Fire safety
There is a smoke alarm either in or just outside your room. Fire instructions and evacuation plans are listed on the inside of your room door. The information folder "Hotel Safety" can be found at the back of the information folder.
Fitness
There are fitness facilities in Kiruna, including Actic at Adolf Hedinsvägen 37 and Gymmet at Österleden 12.
Flowers
Flowers for special occasions can be ordered via the reception.
Hairdressers
There are men’s and women’s hairdressers close to the centre of Nya Kiruna. The reception will be happy to book an appointment.
Hairdryers
A hairdryer is available in each room. If there is no hairdryer in your room, you can borrow one at the reception.
Housekeeping
Save the environment with us! If you are staying more than one night, you can choose to skip daily cleaning. Opting out of daily cleaning means that we will not automatically clean your room, but when you require cleaning, simply hang the "Please clean the room" sign on your door in the morning.
Ice cubes
Ice cubes are available at the bar.
Internet
The hotel offers wireless internet (WiFi), which is free of charge. Contact the reception for the WiFi password. If you are not travelling with a computer, there is a guest computer in the reception.
Irons
There is an ironing room with iron and ironing board on each floor.
Laundry service
The hotel has a self-service laundry room. The price is SEK 40 per load.
Luggage
There is a luggage room at the entrance. The hotel does not hold responsibility for luggage stored in the luggage room. If you need help with your luggage, please contact the reception.
Medical assistance/dental care
Call the Kiruna health centre at +46 980 126 02 or +46 980 131 55. For dental emergency (Folktandvården) in Kiruna, call +46 980 170 99. For further information and assistance, please contact the reception.
Newspapers
Newspapers can be borrowed at the reception and in the breakfast room.
Night access
Outside the reception opening hours, the night entrance can be used to access and exit the hotel (located on the lower floor). Remember to bring your room key so you can enter through the locked front door. If you either forget or lose your room key and need assistance accessing your hotel room, contact Securitas who will come and help. A service fee of SEK 1,500 will apply.
Non-smoking hotel
The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the hotel. It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors at the hotel. A fee of SEK 1,500 is charged if you smoke in your hotel room. If a fire alarm is triggered due to smoking in the room or other indoor areas, an additional fee of SEK 5,500 will be added.
Parking
The hotel offers its own free outdoor parking. Engine heaters are also available for hire at an added fee. Please contact the reception for further information. There are also four charging stations for electric cars. Download the Monta app for payment.

We accept common payment cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express.
Pets
We have rooms where pets are allowed. Please book in advance. A cleaning fee will apply.
Pharmacies
The reception offers plasters and hygiene articles, etc., for purchase. The nearest pharmacy is at Stora Coop across from the hotel. Prescription medicines are also available at both Stora Coop and OK/Q8, which are both located on the opposite side of the street.

Sauna
A mixed-gender sauna is located at the end of the corridor on the lower floor. Let the reception know if you wish to use the sauna. You primarily use towels from your room. Please let the reception know if you require fresh towels. Bathrobes are also available for rent.
Shops
Stora Coop, Ö&B, Clas Ohlson, Rusta, Björkis Hundcenter, Jysk, Intersport and Kvantum are within walking distance of the hotel. The city centre of Nya Kiruna is within a 20-minute walking distance. Here you will find a wide range of stores and boutiques.
Snowmobile trails
There is a marked snowmobile trail right outside the hotel. Snowmobile trail maps are available at the reception. You can also rent snowmobiles. Contact the reception for further information.

Snuff and cigarettes are not sold at the hotel.

Kiruna Tourist Office is centrally located in Nya Kiruna, Malmvägen 9B. Tel.: +46 980 18880. Visit their website, where you can book guided tours to the LKAB Visitor Centre, etc. For office opening hours, see their website or contact the reception.
Transfer to airport/train station
There is a local bus stop within walking distance of the hotel. Bus timetables and ticket prices are available here.
There is a bus stop for regional connections to Jukkasjärvi and the Icehotel right opposite the hotel. The bus timetable is available on the Länstrafiken Norrland website. Contact the reception for further information.
