The High Coast offers world-class nature experiences. Make sure to bring your hiking boots when visiting Örnsköldsvik.

We have gathered several tips on hiking trails and tours that suit most people, including city tours, tours with museum visits, as well as easy and slightly more challenging terrain hikes.

A bit farther up along the hotel’s street is the spa and adventure bath Paradiset Waterpark.

Spend a whole day with the family at the waterpark, unwind at the spa in tranquil and harmonious surroundings, or exercise at the gym and do some water aerobics to recharge your batteries.

If you enjoy golf, we recommend that you visit Veckefjärden GC or Örnsköldsviks Golfklubb Puttom golf courses.

The courses are situated 4.6 km and 15 km from the hotel, respectively, and getting there by car is the easiest option. You can also enjoy a game of minigolf in Örnsköldsvik centre.

Örnsköldsvik is part of the High Coast Nature Reserve and World Heritage Site. The High Coast (Höga Kusten) offers endless possibilities for glorious outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, kayaking and a whole lot more.

We also have an information desk at the hotel where we gladly offer tips about local activities and things to experience while visiting.

Enjoy the great outdoors in Skuleskogen National Park, or visit Skuleberget mountain and climb one the four via ferrata routes, which have varying degrees of difficulty.

A short walk from the hotel, you find the Museum Park with a popular playground for children, called Citylekparken.

Beautifully located by the beach, Strandparken offers a barbecue area and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Strandparken also features concerts and events.
